Hi, I got my pack 2 days after ordering it. Before sending in my jewellery, i compared customer service. They answered all of my questions on the spot without having to wait 5 minutes before getting a hold of someone. I then compared pricing and they do offer the highest price per gram regardless the quantity. I asked them to give me a call before sending the check, which they did. The check was exactly what i’d expect. The money was sent the same day to my account.

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am to have used your service. I was very nervous about sending away gold and actually getting any money for it. But, after being offered only 520.00 for a chain I knew had to be worth more I decided to give you a try. I sat here nervous all day today waiting for the call. Thanks for the great service. Sent package snail-mail, usps, Monday. Money in the bank Wednesday. For the record, I did shop the deal around locally first.
I was offered $160 at a local jeweler with a "we buy gold" sign in the window.
I was offered $170 at a local jeweler my wife likes.
I will tell anyone I know to look you guys up if they are thinking of emptying the jewelry bin.
